This house was one of the best Air bnbs we stayed at. The hosts were amazing at communicating, instructions / descriptions for everything in the house were very clear. The house is huge and very clean. The things we loved most about the house was that each bedroom on the second floor had its own bathroom, nobody had to share. Then the third floor had another three rooms and a bathroom up there as well, it’s where the kids stayed with the bunk beds which was perfect for our large group that has 4 kids ranging from 11-17. The hosts also had baskets of toothbrushes and toothpaste and makeup remover and qtips out for guests which was super nice cause somebody from our group forget theirs! The double hot tubs were awesome and so was the game room that had popcorn machine, tv , shuffleboard, basketball and a few arcade games. We LOVED being able to walk right into town which was like a block away! There’s tons of restaurants, bars, shops and different things to do. We are def coming back!

Our group of 10 agreed - this was one of the best Airbnbs any of us had ever stayed in. We were in Berkeley Springs for a weekend girls trip and had a wonderful time exploring the town and enjoying the house. The house is even better than pictured, very well equipped, and full of fun things to do. The highlights for us were the speakeasy, the incredibly walkable location, super responsive communication, easy check in and check out, comfortable beds, and so much private and shared space! We would absolutely come back and, next time, we'd want to stay even longer. Thank you to Eric and April for being such excellent hosts!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Everything was as described in the listing and exceeded expectations. The hosts were very accommodating and created a seamless experience from booking all the way through checkout.

We loved our stay with our adult children at this beautiful cabin. Eric and his team have thought of everything down to goodies to make smores by the fire. Lots of family meals cooked. Enjoyed the patio fireplace while watching a movie together. Thank you for the fabulous stay and great memories.

We used this location for our annual family meet up and it was exactly what we needed. Perfect level of seclusion and proximity to town with access to hikes and lake views only minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this cabin in Berkely Springs. It provided an optimal location to explore the town, hike, and enjoy the local amenities. The cabin was clean and spotless. Lots to do and a fantastic way to spend the weekend.

Great cabin! Only 5 minutes or so from downtown Blue Ridge. Really clean, well appointed. Comfy beds. Loved the basketball court, pool table, spa, fire pit, and video games. Eric and his team are incredibly responsive—they will quickly get back to you with anything you need and clearly care about delivering a quality experience. Highly recommend this cabin, and we’d love to come back!

my boyfriend and i had a great stay! eric was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the trip. we had a minor issue come up during our stay, and he handled it quickly and made everything easy and stress free. communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated how attentive they were. the place was lovely. had absolutely everything we needed and more! the hot tub was lovely and every day we were greeted with elk and deer right outside the windows. highly recommend if you want something serene and private :)
