Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the property was excellent. The hosts truly exceeded our expectations in every way. When a major snowstorm hit, they were incredibly proactive and communicative, even allowing us to extend our stay so that we could wait for the weather to clear and ensure we had a safe return home. Their level of care and customer service is top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this stay.

We had an excellent time! I would highly recommend this house for adults as well as families. There is ample space, tons of bathrooms, the hot tubs are perfect, and the speakeasy is amazing! We loved that we could just walk around town and return easily.

Pictures speak for themselves. Beautiful home and perfect for hosting or a family stay. The hot tub was great, and the large kitchen and living room with the fireplace made the space feel warm and inviting. Cozy blankets in the closets and an impressively well-stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies and gadgets.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s place and we would love to return during a different season, for fall foliage and perhaps more wildlife. (We ended up picking a weekend with sub zero temps -everyone was hunkered down). Close enough to Black Hawk -if you’re feeling a little lucky- but otherwise just off the beaten path enough to feel like a getaway only an hour from home ☺️

Five acres full court was as expected. Well appointed and as advertised. Eric and his team were very responsive. The location was great being just outside of Berkeley Springs and close to Capcom State park. The space was very clean and we spent a lot of time in the downstairs game room. Five acres will not disappoint.

Eric and his team were very responsive from the moment we booked. Our group of 10 was very comfortable in the house. The space was great, and the hot tub and sauna were awesome to have in the winter. We will be back!

House was wonderful, exactly as described and what we were looking for. It was private and quiet but still close by to downtown Blue Ridge and stores/restaurants. And its not far from TN that had more places to see and great food. Lots of shopping and areas to check out. We personally loved the mini golf and gem mining near by, kids had a great time. House was very clean and had plenty of space but also so cozy. Loved all the fire places and places to hang out or relax. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend and would rent again!

This was such a great place. We enjoyed the cabin to the fullest and the location was perfect. Top notch cabin with everything we needed and so clean. We will definitely be back!

This Airbnb is cozy and comfortable, The Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated. The house is spacious enough for our party of 12 spanning 3 generations from 3 states. The 3rd floor was ideal for the youngsters including having their own bathroom. Each bedroom on the second floor had ensuite bathrooms. The game room provided entertainment for everyone. Eric was quick to respond to a few questions which was helpful. I would definatley recommend this house to anyone that is interested in it.

Spacious, clean accommodations so much to do. We had grandparents to tweens and there was never a dull moment with all the activities, exactly as listed. Host responded quickly to any questions.
