We had a great time staying at this cabin in Berkely Springs. It provided an optimal location to explore the town, hike, and enjoy the local amenities. The cabin was clean and spotless. Lots to do and a fantastic way to spend the weekend.

Great cabin! Only 5 minutes or so from downtown Blue Ridge. Really clean, well appointed. Comfy beds. Loved the basketball court, pool table, spa, fire pit, and video games. Eric and his team are incredibly responsive—they will quickly get back to you with anything you need and clearly care about delivering a quality experience. Highly recommend this cabin, and we’d love to come back!

my boyfriend and i had a great stay! eric was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the trip. we had a minor issue come up during our stay, and he handled it quickly and made everything easy and stress free. communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated how attentive they were. the place was lovely. had absolutely everything we needed and more! the hot tub was lovely and every day we were greeted with elk and deer right outside the windows. highly recommend if you want something serene and private :)

Our recent stay was overall perfect. The cabin is self-sufficient for a variety of activities including but not limited to playing volleyball/basketball/badminton/pickle ball, playing indoor games in the main floor and basement, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or just having a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the beautiful scenery as the sun rises. Our family agreed this was best vacation in many years and we have traveled quite a bit over the past couple decades. Strongly recommended for those who seek relief from the daily stressors of life. We would stay again if given the opportunity.

We had the best time celebrating our anniversary here! The house was extremely comfortable and we loved the hot tub. I got some amazing photos of eagles and a great blue heron in the backyard!

This cabin was lovely. While not secluded it was very convenient to all Blue Ridge had to offer. The cabin itself was spotless and well equipped. The hosts were responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Would definitely stay at Black Bearrry again.

Eric’s cabin was exactly like it was described. Private, peaceful, and full of fun activities for groups. We enjoyed our stay, and wifey loved the fact that she could have her golden doodle tag along. All in all we had a great time as a group and would recommend Erick and April has host to anyone!

We had a great stay at Eric’s cabin! The space was beautiful, well-kept, and very comfortable, with a cozy feel that made it easy to relax. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up. The instructions were super simple, and checkout was minimal, which we really appreciated. We had a small issue with the Tesla charger, but Eric’s team responded right away and resolved it quickly. Overall, a smooth and really enjoyable experience!
