Exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Eric and his team were responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and the layout and amenities of the house were outstanding. Would 100% visit again.

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and feels very secluded, yet you're still just a short drive from Black Hawk and nearby stores. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we were genuinely impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Everything we needed was there, from pots and pans to utensils, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We did run into a couple minor issues with the hot tub during our stay, but Eric was very responsive and took care of things right away, which we really appreciated. The only small downside for us was the living room furniture. It was totally functional, just not the most comfortable if you're planning to spend a lot of time relaxing inside. Overall though, this is a fantastic place with a great host, and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The host was responsive and kind, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. The location was perfect for what we needed, and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the property was excellent. The hosts truly exceeded our expectations in every way. When a major snowstorm hit, they were incredibly proactive and communicative, even allowing us to extend our stay so that we could wait for the weather to clear and ensure we had a safe return home. Their level of care and customer service is top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this stay.

We had an excellent time! I would highly recommend this house for adults as well as families. There is ample space, tons of bathrooms, the hot tubs are perfect, and the speakeasy is amazing! We loved that we could just walk around town and return easily.

Pictures speak for themselves. Beautiful home and perfect for hosting or a family stay. The hot tub was great, and the large kitchen and living room with the fireplace made the space feel warm and inviting. Cozy blankets in the closets and an impressively well-stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies and gadgets.

Great host! Lots of extra amenities inside the house to make it fun and relaxing. It’s a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge to explore the local town. I definitely recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s place and we would love to return during a different season, for fall foliage and perhaps more wildlife. (We ended up picking a weekend with sub zero temps -everyone was hunkered down). Close enough to Black Hawk -if you’re feeling a little lucky- but otherwise just off the beaten path enough to feel like a getaway only an hour from home ☺️

Five acres full court was as expected. Well appointed and as advertised. Eric and his team were very responsive. The location was great being just outside of Berkeley Springs and close to Capcom State park. The space was very clean and we spent a lot of time in the downstairs game room. Five acres will not disappoint.

Eric and his team were very responsive from the moment we booked. Our group of 10 was very comfortable in the house. The space was great, and the hot tub and sauna were awesome to have in the winter. We will be back!
